I like how the staff was pretty helpful,and friendly,they were also very understanding to my situation,the rooms are decent,and clean for the most part,I've seen worse so I can't complain,I like the location of the motel as well being that it isn't far from H.E.B.,and there's a Domino's Pizza, a laundry mat,even though there is a washer/dryer at the motels location,a few eating places,and several gas stations within walking distance if you don't want to waste gas.

Since I recently located to Waco, I had to do my due diligence, and I will say that the location is lively and well lit area. The building is older; yet I will say that with the updates, it is well comforting. Staff is good.

It was in a good location and very convenient to get to everything downtown. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything it stated online. It was quiet and felt safe.

Friendly staff and helpful with washing a towel even though customer washer broke. Miranda also moved me to a new room so as not to be bothered by a resident who was to be removed from the property. She WENT above and beyond. Give her a RAISE. TODAY!!!

What I like about this place it's always clean, the staff is always nice, they've got great prices, and you get a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker in your room! There are also tons of fast food joints and restaurants due to Baylor being right here. It is a great place to stay.
